Who is responsible

CyberSafeAI is operated by Клецков Георгий Сергеевич, an individual. CyberSafeAI is the product name, not a statement of company incorporation. Contact: tech@cybersafeai.online. See operator information.

What we collect and why

The demo form collects your email, your consent and its version, the submission time and a request identifier. We use this information to respond, arrange a walkthrough and manage the request in our internal CRM. We do not add you to marketing campaigns on the basis of this request.

Cloudflare processes network information needed to deliver and protect the website, including IP addresses and technical request details. The form service stores a salted hash of the submitting IP to limit abuse; the form database does not store the raw IP. Hosting providers may keep their own operational logs.

Service providers and storage

The website and initial form storage use Cloudflare. Requests may be transferred to our internal CRM hosted separately, including in Russia, so our operator can respond. Email correspondence uses Resend. Depending on the service, information may be processed in countries other than yours. Requesting a demo does not upload a project or authorise sharing your source code with an AI provider.

Retention

Initial form storage on Cloudflare retains requests for up to 180 days. Copies in our CRM and email correspondence are kept while arranging the demo and handling related discussions, and reviewed for deletion when no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your request sooner. Each storage location, including the CRM and email correspondence, must be included when processing a deletion request.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent, by emailing the contact above. Withdrawal does not undo processing already carried out. Rights may also depend on the law applicable to you; you may have the right to complain to a relevant supervisory authority.

Cookies and browser storage

This marketing site does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or an account session. We do not set an optional analytics or advertising cookie when you submit the form. Separate applications and service providers may have their own necessary security behaviour and privacy terms.
